With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications.
SUMMARY
This role performs a variety of hand and machine operations to cut, trim, sort, assemble, fold, and bind printed materials in the printing plant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with operations of binding equipment to include feeding, monitoring, and packaging.
- Handle printed materials of various types and quantities.
- Operate various bindery equipment.
- Proof for quality control issues.
- Properly stage materials before, during and after operations.
- General maintenance and housekeeping of equipment and work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good mechanical ability required.
- Attention to detail required.
- Experience with bindery equipment to include folder, cutter and auxiliary equipment is a plus.
Expected compensation for this role is between $17 and $20/hour, based on qualifications and
experience.
