WDAY, the number #1 station located in the Fargo, ND-Moorhead, MN metro area, is looking for Morning News Producers to join our award-winning team. As a news producer, you will be responsible for writing and editing news scripts and videos for our award-winning newscasts. You will have opportunities to grow and try new things as you develop your journalism craft. The successful candidate will have good communication and organizational skills. A college degree is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person for this position.

WDAY is an award-winning station, taking home multiple Emmys awards as well as regional and national Edward R Murrow awards over the past few years. We are a locally owned and operated station. We produce over 35 hours of local news, weather and sports content each week as we continue to grow our staff in the news departments.
Expected compensation for this role is begins at $36,000 / year plus a signing bonus and performance bonus through the 2-year contract, based on qualifications and experience.
