Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventative dental care to patients of all ages
- Utilize clinical expertise to develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in MO and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
