Summary :
Lead Engineer, will manage, mentor, and coordinate activities for the Engineering Team. Responsibilities include working independently and collaboratively with Engineering team to design, develop, and sustain the existing valve product lines. These valves are essential for meeting customer needs and market demands. Primary product responsibility includes trunnion-mounted ball valves, with additional work involving gate, globe, check, and floating ball valves.
Utilize current manufacturing and business systems for cost analysis, inventory management, and purchasing information. Develop comprehensive engineering documentation, including drawings, schematic diagrams, and material specifications. Conduct problem studies to recommend upgrades and improvements for existing products in both field and lab environments. Perform product testing functions in test lab facilities or field locations. Successfully complete assigned projects.
