$1,000 SIGNING BONUS*
Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)

*Payable in two installments after 6 months and 12 months of work.
Qualifications
What you'll do as a Pharmacy Cycle Fill Technician
- Accurately retrieve, count, measure, prepare, package, and label medications and non-sterile compounds.
- Operate and properly maintain computerized packaging technology and/or use manual dispensing equipment and processes to accurately prepare cycle medications for residents of long-term care facilities.
- Comply with all applicable government regulations, standards of practice, company policies, procedures, and patient protocols.
- Assist in maintaining and managing inventory and supplies as they relate to work stations.
- Assist in resolving facility/patient problems under emergency conditions.
- Take part in quality improvement programs to meet company and accreditation standards.

What we need
- Current unencumbered license in the state of practice: Certified Pharmacy Technician (certification not required for Illinois Pharmacy Technicians licensed before 2008).
- Experience in long-term care or hospital pharmacy preferred; 1 - 2 years' pharmacy experience required.
- Excellent math, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Every other weekend and 3 holidays per year required.
