What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Forum Group Connecticut, LLC?
Leading network of healthcare facilities is growing and in need of an Accounting Manager with experience in purchase accounting, debt roll forwards and schedules, equity roll forwards and valuation schedules, cashflows, lease accounting (ASC 842), etc. Will work directly with the Assistant Controller on ensuring the smooth transition of acquired healthcare practices onto the parent companies reporting standards.
5 years of purchase/acquisition accounting experience, CPA is a , and experience working for a PE backed company.
