As a world leader in delivering effective weight management solutions, Forum Health Medical Weight Loss offers a unique program with one-on-one support for our patients. We have a plan developed by a physician that is effective and safe.
This person will be highly motivated, and passionate about health and well-being. The Position will provide motivation, education, and accountability for patients to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching:
Assist patients with supplement implementation, lifestyle habits, and answer chronic infection-related questions
Connect with patients and understand their goals and challenges
Identify and keep them focused on their purpose which drives their motivation
Build their confidence
Gain their commitment.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Being knowledgeable about our extensive products and services (which includes the ability to recommend additional services/products to the applicable patients and their treatment plans)
Reviewing dietary (protein, calories, water intake, etc.) and exercise health goals
Create dietary plans and education handouts for patients
Document patient's health history, symptoms, goals, and supplement recommendations
Being willing to cross-train if needed
Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales efforts, which includes the expectation to meet and/or exceed sale quotas.
Explaining the different chronic infection packages/programs to patients and recommending the plan that best fits with the patients’ goals.
Support marketing initiatives by creating content each month(i.e. videos, recipes, tips/tricks)for social media engagement.
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience as a Medical Assistant or Clinical Assistant (Preferred)
Health Coach Certification (Preferred)
Experience in the health and/or wellness industry
Customer service experience is a must.
Meeting sales goals and/or prior sales experience
Effective communication with self-confidence
Product knowledge in the health and wellness industry
Schedule
Float between offices, with Orem being your primary location
See patients in the West Jordan clinic 1-2 days per week
