Full-time positions are available for those who are multitaskers, highly motivated, and passionate about health and well-being. Position will provide motivation, education, and accountability for patients to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. The position will also require some minimal travel between our clinical locations in the Michigan area between Rochester Hills, Clarkston, and Shelby Township.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching: Utilize the Forum Health Medical Weight Loss (formerly Dr. Quinn Weight Loss) Service Model to (1) connect with patients and understand their goals and challenges, (2) identify and keep them focused on their purpose which drives their motivation, (3) build their confidence, and (4) gain their commitment. The Weight Loss Coach should be compassionate, understanding, and confident in weight loss management, health, and well-being. Training is Provided.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Being knowledgeable about our extensive products and services (which includes the ability to recommend additional services/products to the applicable patients and their treatment plans)

• Take vital signs and health histories of patients, including reviewing health goals (protein, calories, water intake, etc.)

• Room patients, field questions, prepare for physician examinations.

• Administer injections as prescribed by the provider.

• Prepare lab specimens for diagnostic evaluation.

• Phlebotomy experience

• Data entry, which includes lab results, health questionnaires and other medical questionnaires.

• Front desk administration such as answering phones, processing payments, collecting cash, sending medical records, etc.

• Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales efforts, which includes the expectation to meet and/or exceed sale quotas.

• Explaining the different weight loss packages/programs to patients and recommending the plan that best fits with the patients’ goals.

• Support marketing initiatives by creating content each month (i.e. videos, recipes, tips/tricks) for social media engagement.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or Clinical Assistant.

• Experience in the health and/or wellness industry

• Customer service experience is a must.

• Meeting sales goals and/or prior sales experience.

• Effective communication with self-confidence

• Product knowledge in the health and wellness industry

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Phlebotomy would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-21.00 per hour.
