Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments through POS systems.
- Assist with stock management by monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide product demos and information to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products and services effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and responding to inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a strong emphasis on retail or reception experience.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette are essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
