YOUR TASKS
- Develop the respective suppliers regarding automotive quality/process indicators.
- Carrying out, steering and monitoring supplier releases.
- Audit and develop the suppliers, regarding quality automation processes, plastic parts or electronic parts.
- Support the process audits in accordance with current standards and track the suppliers audit action plan.
- Suppliers relation (quotations, data analysis, negotiation and contracts).
- Support the supplier development programs to continuously improve the quality performance of suppliers and furthermore document progress.
- Support developing of common SQA system and process standards.
- Supplier negotiation.
- Engineering degree.
- Min. 3 years of experience (in automotive industry is a plus).
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge in APQP process, supplier development and audits (VDA6.3 and IATF).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with knowledge in supplier contracts.
- SAP (desirable).
- Experience in Automation processes (PLC programming and Vision Systems), in electronic parts, in plastic parts (experience in its injection).
- Excel- intermediate.
- Experience managing a team.
