How You Will Contribute
- Supporting the Wealth Advisor team in providing an integrated suite of services to affluent families
- Developing and maintaining in-depth expertise in multiple industry software systems including our Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Investment Portfolio software
- Preparing internal and custodial paperwork for clients
- Maintaining up-to-date client records in systems
- Working with the team to ensure timely delivery of items to clients.
- Coordinating and working on multiple, concurrent client projects and completing assignments with minimal supervision
- Organizing information for quarterly tax payments
- Ensuring that tasks are on track and expectations are completed on time
- Highly detail-oriented, fast-paced, and exceptional time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must have an excellent phone presence
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize; able to effectively resolve issues and conflicts independently
- Must be highly organized, proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic with a heart for service
- Technically and analytically focused
- Ability to work within defined policies and procedures
- Collaborative learning style with the ability to work independently on projects
- Passion for serving clients
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance or general Business
- Prior experience serving affluent families
- Prior experience in a related field (financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
