How you will contribute:
- Maintain and achieve high quality in work, client relations and team relations
- Maintain a working knowledge of business process optimization, financial reporting/management reporting, ERP implementations, and FP&A Analytics appropriate for the project
- Acquire the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and loyalty
- Serve in more of a leadership role on client work as technical knowledge and experience grows
- Perform other duties as assigned by the firm's leadership
- Execute and help lead client engagement activities in all phases of project life cycle from start to end
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
- Demonstrated ability to develop lasting relationships with business clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an appropriate field
- 1 year or more of experience with a public accounting firm or equivalent industry experience
- Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Advanced Microsoft office suite expertise
- CPA or CPA eligible
- Consulting or industry experience
- ERP system experience

Salary : $68,000 - $82,000
