Description & RequirementsOur Business Technology Services practice seeks a dedicated professional to join our functional delivery team as a consultant focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365. A functional consultant analyzes and gathers business requirements, specializing in areas like customer engagement or finance and operations. They play a crucial role in implementing solutions to modernize processes and applications.This is a national practice; we offer flexible locations : in office and hybrid.Start Date : July 2025How you will contribute : Develop a thorough understanding of Forvis Mazars Microsoft implementation methodologies, technologies and tools.Understand the core capabilities and features of Dynamics 365 Business Applications; earning a minimum of two Microsoft certifications.Assist senior consultants, and the Microsoft Consulting team, with all aspects of software assessments, design, testing and delivery.Support the delivery team with configuration tasks, data preparation, and project documentation for client workshops.Responsible for the timely delivery of implementation tasks; ensuring that work products and deliverables are of the highest quality.Build and maintain client relationships to develop a better understanding of business operations, processes and functions. You will participate in client meetings and communicate directly with the project team and stakeholders.Conduct rigorous and documented research / analysis on software developments and economic fluctuations. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
