Description & Requirements

How you will contribute :

  • Grow the Forvis Mazars Clinical Integration Network (CIN) solution set
  • Develop new service offerings for our CIN clients
  • Serve as the primary thought capital leader on CIN matters
  • Actively seek to connect Forvis Mazars' CIN support capabilities with current and potential clients
  • Support partners and principals with the management of complex engagements and serve as the key activity driver
  • Manage multiple simultaneous engagements and various project teams
  • Investigate key client needs, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform enterprise strategic direction, strategy development, and priority-setting
  • Define unique responses, through research and application to challenging client issues
  • Develop engagement staff via real-time feedback, monitoring, and reinforcement
  • Model the firm's culture and commitment to growing our people and supporting our clients
  • Establish relationships with the healthcare practitioners across Forvis Mazars Healthcare
  • Acquire new technical knowledge specific to our consulting practice and the clients we serve
  • Develop a deep understanding of the breadth and depth of practice offerings
  • Drive practice growth through both add-on sales and new business ascertainment
  • Emerge as an industry thought leader in various areas via support of content marketing initiatives

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking techniques
  • The aptitude to analyze the financial records of an organization and how to apply this knowledge to evaluate the efficiency of operations
  • Strong verbal / written communication experience, especially when dealing with C-Level executives
  • Well-developed level of professional agility that is characterized by :
  • Adeptness at quickly shifting attention among multiple tasks, potentially under distracting conditions, without loss of accuracy or efficiency
  • Ability to solve complex problems while directing and managing individuals, and competing with challenging priorities
  • Open to changing situations and opportunities and willing to perform all tasks assigned
  • Demonstrated composure and service-oriented demeanor, while dealing with stressful issues
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment that delivers outstanding, measurable results
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 12 years or more of relevant working experience in fast-paced dynamic environment with management consulting and / or strategy background required
  • 8 years or more of experience consulting Hospitals, Health Systems and Clinically Integrated Networks
  • Experience developing new business with executives from provider organizations
  • Track record of managing multiple engagements, including work plans, deliverables, and budgets / schedules
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel and project-related expectations
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA / MPH / MPA / MHA
  • Demonstrated record of participating in selling professional services engagements - both add-on work and net new work
