This position is considered a Seasonal role, which will be short-term assistance during our busy season
How you will contribute :
- Assist in assembling tax returns, including transmission to client and government
- Assisting the tax department (scan tax documentation, filing, etc.)
- Tax work-flow management
- E-filing tax returns & extensions and monitoring of tax acceptances
- Assisting with report processing & front desk reception duties as required
- Providing administrative support to partners and practice management teams
- Composing and edit letters, memos, meeting minutes and other firm correspondence
- Tax due date management and delivery of tax deliverables
- Assisting in other administrative functions (filing, scanning, binding, ordering supplies, etc.)
