Job Description: ICU RN in Fort Worth/Arlington CONTRACT

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to join our team in Ft Worth/Arlington. The contract is for 8-13 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours/week. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of ICU experience and be able to provide exceptional patient care. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PRIOR ICU EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
