Job Description :
The Cold Chain Clerk is responsible for receiving orders, inventory management, and distribution of customer temperature-sensitive finished goods. This position ensures temperature control and compliance standards are maintained while performing receipts, storage, and filling orders.
Core Responsibilities & Duties :
- Validate and receive product from the supplier into inventory
- Stock product according to temperature requirement
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts
- Ensure storage locations and conditions are compliant
- Pick, pack, and ship product in accordance with IATA compliance standards with appropriate insulation materials to maintain temperature integrity during transport
- Complete various customer requests, reporting any issues to management
- Provide professional and timely responses
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Other duties as assigned
