Job Description :
The Forward Air Marketing Department is seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead the strategic development and execution of our brand’s visual identity. This individual will ensure alignment with company goals maintaining consistency across all platforms. They will oversee the creation of high-impact creative assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative design solutions to enhance brand presence and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, strong project management skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual experiences.
Core Responsibilities & Duties :
- Lead the strategic development and execution of Forward Air’s visual identity, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency and integrity in visual communication
- Design and produce high-impact creative assets, including graphics, signage, promotional materials, and fleet branding
- Manage vendor relationships for signage, promotional materials, and fleet branding to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling website content, social media assets, and campaign materials
- Drive innovative design solutions that support business goals and engage target audiences
- Support website and digital experience enhancements by developing visually engaging content, layouts, and user interfaces
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation in brand storytelling
- Perform other duties as assigned
