Position : Warehouse Clerk
Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Compensation : $24.00 / hr
Core Responsibilities & Duties :
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as information management, filing systems, supply requisitions, and other driver services
- Create and maintain filing system for warehouse records, such as scheduling information, consignee records, shipping / receiving records, and customer files
- Maintain contact with customers, ensuring a prominent level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare parcels for shipment
- Process all aspects of materials using warehouse inventory software
- Label and ship orders according to established procedures for each customer
- Inspect freight and follow appropriate reporting procedures
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts
- Rotate and re-stock shelves according to inventory procedures
- Verify all inbound and outbound materials
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service
- Document monthly activities for period end reporting
- Safely load and unload trailers by utilizing equipment such as hand trucks / pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain a clean and save working environment
- Other duties as assigned
