As the Cash Management Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Cash Management services, including Business Digital Banking, ACH and Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and Positive Pay. You'll support customers with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing assistance, collaborating with internal teams to provide top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for Cash Management-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to the Cash Management team as needed.
- Monitor and support Positive Pay services daily, including addressing customer inefficiencies and assisting with follow-ups.
- Assist ACH users with file uploads, limit modifications, and troubleshooting inquiries.
- Provide support for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Collaborate with Digital Banking, Deposit Operations, and Office Managers to deliver integrated support.
- Serve as a backup for the Cash Management Specialist and Private Bankers when required.
- Offer support for Digital Wire-related issues and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent coursework; or 2–3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- AAP Certification is desirable but not required.
