Forward Bank seeks a full-time Credit Support Specialist in our Marshfield location. The Credit Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the Credit and Collections teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Bankruptcy & Legal Notices : Process and track bankruptcy notices, reaffirmation agreements, and right-to-cure notices in compliance with regulations.
- Delinquency Management : Monitor and manage delinquent taxes and charged-off accounts, maintaining accurate records.
- Document Preparation : Prepare intent letters, financial mailers, and credit-related communications.
- Monthly Reporting : Compile, review, and distribute monthly financial and credit reports.
- Board & Loan Committee Support : Assist with post-loan committee documentation and board meeting preparations.
- Financial Tracking : Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely follow-ups.
