The Hotel Front Desk Associate provides the first impression of a company, whether by phone or in person. A friendly and professional tone and mannerisms are vital in this role. Responsibilities include greet, register, and assign rooms to guests; issue room keys and escort instructions; answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; and assist with shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer are necessary. The desired candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, people-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain customer focus. Applicants should be able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
