Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the senior staff director to set and achieve short-term and long-term objectives.

Qualifications
· Experience: VP of Operations or similar leadership role.
· Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
