We are looking to add independently licensed medical providers (Physican Assistants & Nurse Practitioners) to our network at Forward Counseling.

What we would like you to do:
- Perform assessments and follow up visits for clients needing health and/or medication services
- Complete prescription submissions and any necessary follow up paperwork in a timely manner
- Collect and apply copays/session fees for every session
- Schedule/reschedule client sessions after the initial session
- Collect completed initial paperwork from new clients; verify in Office Ally
- Maintain client charts (notes, forms, releases, etc.)
- Maintain healthy work-life balance and boundaries.
