Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Recruiter to join our HR team in a hybrid role that is mostly remote. No prior recruiting experience is necessary; we value customer service skills, organizational abilities, and a comfort in speaking with people. This position offers commission opportunities and increased compensation with promotions, as well as the chance to travel throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.
Embrace a coaching mentality in a competitive environment, fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service background and excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required.
