Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing and overseeing programs that support individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management and leadership skills and a background in behavioral health or social work, ensuring the effective development and implementation of programs that enhance the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote program participation and collaboration.
- Oversee budgeting processes for programs, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting organizational goals.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities, participant progress, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and support for staff on best practices in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct support services as necessary to ensure program efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in program management or development within the behavioral health or social work sectors.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders is highly desirable.
- Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize program effectiveness.
- Administrative experience that includes record keeping, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
- Supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum LCDCIII and/or LSW required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
