This role's responsibilities are all focused on one thing: Customer Satisfaction. In this role you will deliver and pick up various types of small to medium sized construction equipment on a CDL-A required straight truck. You will be working closely with dispatch to efficiently deliver equipment to customer job sites in a safe and timely manner. Additional responsibilities include instructing customers on safe and proper operation of their equipment, providing an exceptional customer service experience, and following all DOT and organization requirements and regulations.

Requirements
Preferred Qualities/Experience:
- Must have an unrestricted, class A CDL, DOT Medical Card, and Tanker endorsement or capable of obtaining
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience operating both a Semi and Rollback truck. You will be alternating between the two, primarily operating rollback.
- Must have construction equipment loading and unloading experience with forklifts, boom lifts, and earth moving equipment.
- Strong focus on safety protocols, and procedures. Safety first is our top priority!
- Familiarity with ELD's and DOT regulations regarding hours of service.
- You have excellent customer service skills, delivering equipment to customer's job sites while ensuring the safe and proper operation of our equipment.
- Be able to communicate with co-workers and customers effectively and professionally. Are you bi-lingual? That's a plus!
- You must be capable of using guided directions to and from branch to customer's job sites delivering and picking up our equipment
