As an Inside Sales Representative for Sunstate, you’re going to be one of the voices that our customers have come to know and love.

You’ll help increase revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling, building, and maintaining professional relationships, and coordinating and providing services for your customers.

You’ll be taking orders for deliveries and pick-ups, as well as handling some mechanical troubleshooting for equipment over the phone.

You’re the acting liaison between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions are developed for the benefit of all parties.

Requirements

Preferred Qualities / Experience :

• Be comfortable working with a team and independently, any task could go either way.
• Technologically capable : If you don’t know AS400 or CAD systems it’s okay but be willing to learn!
• Familiarity of construction rental equipment is preferred, or having some similar background experience.
• You’re a top-notch communicator with an infectious personality; comfortable and charming.
• Bilingual? Thats a plus!
• Have excellent customer service skills. You’ll be talking to a lot of people, keep up the positive attitude!
• Strong communication skills to enable communication with customers and team members
• Be capable of collaborating with other team members : You’ve got sales goals, and you can’t meet all of them alone.
• Maintaining a valid driver’s license is required!
