Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Responsible for providing creative services to clients to include graphic design and production assets. Oversee the production of artwork and new prints. Responsibilities:
- Open existing art files and inspect for accuracy and proper layout.
- Process orders between Sales and Production to provide press-ready files.
- Prepare files for production. Send files to production.
- Work directly with Screen Room to ensure all files are sent over and updated properly
- Occasionally create original designs for client requests.
- Approve new sample jobs on press.
- Spot Color Separation for Production
- Create accurate mockups for clients and production.
Requirements:
- Proficient with software - Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Microsoft Office.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
- Attention to visual details. i.e. spelling.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
- Ability to handle high stress situations with a calm level judgment
- Familiar with Spot color Separations
- Graphic Design, Screen Print/Print Production experience are a must.

- Organizational Skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to detect color
- Technical aptitude skills
- Ability to separate up to 10 colors a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Experience
Two-to-four-year prior graphic arts experience required.
