Car Detailer and Lot Maintenance (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Forward Pass Automotive (FPA) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Detailer and Lot Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role will start as a part-time position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for keeping vehicles and the lot looking their best.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Detailing:
• Wash, wax, vacuum, and detail vehicles inside and out.
• Apply protective treatments to exteriors and interiors.
• Ensure all vehicles on the lot are clean and presentable for customers.
• Lot Maintenance:
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car lot, ensuring it is free of trash and debris.
• Arrange vehicles in an orderly manner for display and customer viewing.
• Inspect vehicles on the lot to ensure they meet FPA’s presentation standards.
• General Duties:
• Assist with inventory checks and vehicle movements as needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning office spaces, emptying trash, and keeping the workspace tidy.
• Notify management of any issues with vehicles or the lot that require attention.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in car detailing or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
  
  

Schedule:

• Part-Time Hours: Flexible, with opportunities for additional hours based on workload.
