HRIS Analyst - ONSITE

Role : HRIS Analyst

Location : Buellton CA Onsite

6 month Contract potential for conversion or extension (W2)

Pay Transparency : XXX55 / hr (W2)

Responsibilities :

System Management : maintenance of the HRIS system ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.

Data Integrity : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS system by conducting regular audits and updates.

Data Entry : Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy and efficiency to support the functionality of the HRIS system.

User Support : Provide technical support to HR and Payroll staff and endusers helping them navigate and utilize the HRIS system

Reporting and Analytics : Develop and generate reports dashboards and data analytics to support project decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Compliance : Ensure the HRIS system complies with all relevant regulations and company policies including data privacy and security standards.

Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes procedures and user guides.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 35 years of experience in HRIS

Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong data management and reporting skills Excel

Analytical Skills : Excellent problemsolving abilities and a keen eye for detail with the ability to analyze complex data and processes.

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively train and support endusers.

Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
