Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- Empowerment Specialist: Work your magic by providing top-notch case management services at our Job Center and various community spots. Your mission? Help folks achieve self-sufficiency and become job-ready rock stars!
- Referral Guru: Connect clients with the best services available – whether it's job training, education, or just a bit of pep talk.
- Data Dynamo: Keep all program-related data in tip-top shape using CWW/CARES. Accuracy is your middle name.
- Networking Ninja: Build and maintain stellar relationships with employers and community agencies. Your charm will make our program the talk of the town.
- Job Matchmaker: Conduct interviews, match job seekers with opportunities, and make job placements like a pro.
- Presentation Pro: Share your wisdom in group sessions on job search techniques, job readiness, and retention. You’ll have participants hanging on to your every word!
- Counseling Champion: Offer motivational and strength-based employment counseling to keep participants moving forward.
- Resource Connector: Provide referrals to educational and supportive services, making sure participants have everything they need to succeed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree of Awesome: An Associate degree and 2 years of related experience – or a combination of education and experience that shows you’re a top contender!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $23.78/hour with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
