The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, from initial candidate engagement through accepted job offers, while meeting key performance metrics.

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and facilitating the hiring process.
