Role Description
This is a full-time role for an on-site IT Technician located in Alpharetta, GA. The IT Technician will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide customer service and training. The IT Technician will also maintain our customer's IT infrastructure and collaborate with the team to develop solutions to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Provide Tier 2 hands on support to our customers
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experienced in providing technical support and customer service
- Knowledge of information technology and IT infrastructure
- Ability to provide training to clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, network protocols and Active Directory is preferable
