IMMEDIATE OPENING
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals, particularly children with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and skills acquisition programming in the home and school setting.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30a-6:30p
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement behavior management techniques outlined in care plans
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to assist individuals in skill development
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
**Requirements:**
- Must have experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Must have experience with Applied Behavior Analysis
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate well with others
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred, but not required
