**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals, particularly children and adolescents, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to assist individuals in skill development
- Implement behavior management techniques outlined in care plans
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles is preferred
- Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate well with others
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred, but not required
