A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure traffic control and pavement marking projects stay on track. You'll help manage daily activities, verify records, and coordinate communication between teams, contractors, and clients. You'll assist with material procurement, pre-construction planning, and crew allocations. Additionally, you'll enforce safety protocols, address customer concerns, and support post-construction tasks like inspections and documentation.
