What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will assume the pivotal role of providing clinical supervision or consultation to clinicians. Your responsibilities encompass providing clinical supervision to clinicians on-site, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and fostering a conducive work culture. Your role demands a positive and supportive approach towards Forward Wellness, its employees, and its clientele.
Responsibilities
- 48 billable sessions per month
- Responsible for the clinical care provided by clinicians through ongoing training, support, and supervision.
- Responsible for case compliance for all clinicians through auditing and staying on top of regulations..
- Collaborate with the Employee and Culture Director and CEO to hold clinicians accountable through coaching, PIPs, or recommendations for termination.

- Understanding of the parallel process (how supervision mirrors client interactions).
- Awareness of the impact of trauma, grief, and stress on professionals.
- Clinical and Theoretical Expertise
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and developmentally appropriate care.
- Ability to guide ethical decision-making and professional boundaries.
Who You Are
- Must possess an active License in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LMFT)
- Must be eligible to supervise clinicians for licensure (five years experience post-master degree)
- Must be interested and passionate about supporting all types of families
- Must have initiative and be collaborative with their work - this includes other clinicians at Forward Wellness and providers in the community
