Forza Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Process Services and Construction Management Group, located in Peachtree City, GA. We are looking for experienced, and technically knowledgeable individuals to complement our growing opportunities.
The Project Superintendent will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Duties/Responsibilities:

The Project Superintendent will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Project Superintendent will develop a jobsite operating plan, covering site access, cleanliness, organization, security, utilities, laydown areas, trailer location, signage, and local emergency medical treatment plans.
- Open and secure the jobsite daily, and walk the project as needed, at least once daily, to monitor activities and assist in planning.
- Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, schedule, safety, and quality requirements.
- Communicate with the project team regarding drawings, RFIs, and material submittals.
- Extract and detail short-term schedule requirements from the Project CPM Schedule to aid in work coordination and expediting.
- Foster positive, teamwork-focused relationships with the owner, local authorities, inspectors, stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants.
- The Project Superintendent will develop a jobsite operating plan, covering site access, cleanliness, organization, security, utilities, laydown areas, trailer location, signage, and local emergency medical treatment plans.
- Extract and detail short-term schedule requirements from the Project CPM Schedule to aid in work coordination and expediting.
- Basic computer skills are required for producing reports and communicating with colleagues.

- Time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and streamline processes for maximum productivity.
- Decision-making skills are needed to evaluate options and determine the best course of action to achieve company goals.
- Problem-solving skills are crucial for analyzing performance and recommending improvements for productivity and profitability.
- Over 5 years of experience in supervising all phases of general and/or industrial construction field work.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical degree with equivalent experience preferred.
