Join our growing software engineering team as a Digital Innovation Analyst!
The position requires an understanding of the digital innovation space, including topics such as artificial intelligence, large language models, IIoT, Industry 4.0 and 5.0, and computer programming.
Must be capable of working to enhance the value of the Digital Innovation portfolio offered to customers via continuous improvement of quality and control. This involves coalescing with various departments and stakeholders, including international colleagues. The ability to read, edit, and publish code will be required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads technical aspects of digital innovation portfolio, including software lifecycles, alignment and compatibility of product versions, and accounting for market demands
- Manages rollout of new digital innovation products
- Works with various departments to deliver product releases for projects within defined timelines and specifications
- Responds to technical support questions directed to digital innovation products
- Coordinates and performs needed upgrades to existing installations
- Presents on digital innovation products and topics
- Communicates with customers to garner feedback aimed at product improvement
- Administers backend applications for product support
- Attends corrugated and digital innovation industry trade shows to remain up to date on state of the art
- Availability to travel up to 15%, including up to 2 international trips per year
Education:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in software or digital innovation related field
Experience:
- Familiar with programming languages and databases
