Foshee Residential Management Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated
Administrative Coordinator to join our Montgomery, AL home office team. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of properties owned and/or managed by Foshee.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, aiding or directing them to the
appropriate parties.
o Monitor voicemails regularly, ensuring messages are delivered to the relevant individuals in a timely manner.
o Serve as a point of contact for the Corporate Office.
o Collecting, preparing, and documenting checks for deposits and accurate posting.
o Daily mail management, including sorting, scanning and distribution.
o Coordinate with relevant parties to schedule and execute bank runs in a timely manner.
o Assist with client and lender requests, prioritizing and managing deadlines to ensure
efficient workflow and project completion.
o Maintain organized files for easy retrieval and reference in accordance with company
standards.
o Monitor the corporate email accounts to ensure timely responses and proper handling of incoming messages.
o Utilize various communication channels (e.g., email, meetings, TEAMS) to maintain clear and consistent communication.
o Managing supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
o Create and ship welcome boxes to new hires, ensuring timely delivery and a positive
onboarding experience.
o Keep detailed meeting notes and organize schedules and tasks accordingly utilizing task management software.
o Perform other related duties assigned to support the Accounting and Home Office Team.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
o Reliable transportation.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
o Ability to multitask and meet concurrent deadlines.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
o Previous experience working with multiple companies is beneficial.
o Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
o Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
