Position: Project Manager
Foshee Residential Management Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our Montgomery, AL home office team. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of properties owned and/or managed by Foshee.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Coordinate all property acquisition and disposition efforts to include but not limited to obtaining all legal documents, utility transfers, contract review and software set-up. Maintain and update information boards in companies task management software and set and send reminders for items due from other team members.
o Host weekly or as needed transition calls with designated internal staff and schedule and lead calls with clients, investors and other third parties.
o Oversee special projects and assist in organizing and planning company-wide functions and trainings.
o Assist the Director of Property Management with company-wide contract negotiations and maintain tracking of all major company and property level contracts.
o Maintain organized files for easy retrieval and reference in accordance with company standards.
o Attend weekly or as needed meetings with the property leadership team and provide updates on assigned projects. Maintain and distribute notes from these meeting to all team members.
o Assist with client and lender requests, prioritizing and managing deadlines to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
o Utilize various communication channels (e.g., email, meetings, TEAMS) to maintain clear and consistent communication.
o Keep detailed meeting notes and organize schedules and tasks accordingly utilizing task management software.
o Perform other related duties assigned to support the Property Management Team, Home Office Team and other owned entities.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
o Reliable transportation.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
o Previous experience in Monday.com or other project/task management software
o Ability to multitask and meet concurrent deadlines.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
o Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
o Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
