Refuse Collector (personal truck or trailer needed)

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

· Collect trash bags from Resident’s doorsteps and transport them to the onsite trash compactor

· Run trash compactors as needed

· Clean up areas around trash compactors as needed

· Take required photographs of sites as needed

· Schedule is 5 nights per week – Sunday through Thursday nights beginning at 8:00 pm

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license

· Valid auto insurance

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Reliable open-bed pickup truck or hauling trailer

Physical Demands:

· Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs

· Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

· Ability to walk the distance of apartment home community

· Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times throughout the shift

Part-Time position

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
