Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of Division 10 Specialty products and Window blinds/shades, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Work hours and shifts are variable in conjunction with project/building schedules. Duties
- Receive, unload and unpack and inspect product shipments
- Transport materials from warehouse to job sites
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and guidelines.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively
- Conduct inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to understand needs and provide exceptional service.
- Track installation progress. Report progress/discrepancies/concerns to management.
Skills
- Proficiency in using relevant tools for installation tasks.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, other technical materials.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in construction, carpentry, handyman or related work
- Must drive. Truck preferred.
