We are looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative who excels at coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish to join our team in Mt. Vernon!
Position Summary : Coordinate daily installation scheduling with the Install Manager, ensuring job packets are prepared. Handle sales and install packets, customer scheduling, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and communication between installers, customers, vendors, and the office. Manage sales appointments, track sales performance, and oversee internal marketing efforts. Complete follow-up calls for sales and installations.
Work Hours : 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime may be required
Pay Range : $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience
