As a Swim Instructor (Swim Teacher), you'll teach life-enhancing swimming skills to children and adults in a structured, fun, and safe environment. FOSS provides comprehensive training for its Swim Path curriculum, empowering teachers to deliver engaging lessons and promote water safety and confidence. Key Responsibilities
- Teach and manage swim classes (1-4 students) using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
- Ensure safety, engagement, and enjoyment for all participants.
- Communicate progress with parents/guardians.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Comfortable in a pool environment.
- Positive, energetic, with good communication skills.
- Experience working with children or in childcare is preferred.
- Aquatic background preferred but not required.
Additional Information
Shift Options:
- Weekday evenings (starting around 3:00/3:30 PM).
- Weekend shifts with an additional $3/hour pay.
- Substitute shifts with an additional $1/hour pay.
