What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at Foster care?

Hello, I am searching for someone for every weekend help at a family adult foster care in St. Cloud. Possibly an occasional weekday here and there.
Typical hours will be Saturday and Sunday 10:30am-about 7:30pm
Possibly staying overnight every now and then.
So flexibility is preferred.
This is a very small company so no benefits can be provided. Also there isn’t other shift options.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to 3 female individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
They are wonderful, laid back residents, who are more self sufficient and get along with anyone!
They take their own medications so no assistance with that needed
- Assist with daily living activities such as visiting, reminders and meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents and log daily
- Assist with transportation to appointments or community outings
They love shopping, coffee shops, thrifting, visiting, cooking/baking, garage sales, games,ect.
Must love dogs, they have 2 in the house!
