What You’ll Do:
- Inspect Incoming Shipments: Check inbound products against invoices and paperwork to ensure quality, quantity, temperature, and packaging standards are met.
- Accurate Inventory Counts: Verify product quantities to align with shipping and receiving records, reporting any discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections based on USDA/NCDA guidelines and document any issues with product quality or temperature.
- Labeling and Documentation: Label incoming products for warehouse organization and complete all required receiving paperwork according to SOP and USDA standards.
- Execute RMA Process: Receive returned product and disposition the returned product to maintain our high level of quality standards.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all HACCP, SQF, and OSHA regulations.
- Operate Equipment Safely: Safely handle equipment, performing pre-use inspections and reporting any damage.
