What You’ll Do
As our receptionist, you will be the face of Foster, providing administrative support to the organization while fostering an engaging and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:
Reception & Office Management- Greet and assist visitors, employees, customers, and vendors
- Manage office supply and ordering.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
General Support- Coordinate conference room scheduling using digital conference room management system.
- Run occasional errands to ensure leadership and operations teams have what they need.
- Assist in special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
