Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Analyze clients' financial and insurance needs to recommend suitable policies that align with their goals.
- Sales & Marketing Activities: Conduct marketing campaigns and outside sales efforts to attract new clients, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring innovative approaches.
- Policy Recommendations: Clearly communicate various insurance options to clients, ensuring they fully understand their choices and benefits.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage benefits administration for clients, ensuring their plans are executed with precision.
- Sales Processes & Techniques: Utilize both traditional and creative sales techniques to promote insurance and investment products.
- Leadership in Action: Take accountability for personal performance and actively contribute to the team’s growth by sharing insights and best practices.
Requirements
- Innovation & Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, think creatively, and take initiative in driving client acquisition and satisfaction.
- Accountability: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and policy delivery.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate insurance options to clients. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Integrity: Must pass a background check and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethics.
- Education & Licensing: Must be at least 18 years of age. A current insurance license is a plus, but not required as we offer support for obtaining licensing.
- Industry Leadership Potential: A desire to grow into an Insurance Broker role in one of the fastest-growing industries.
- Sales Experience: No prior experience needed; commission-based pay structure.
